DOLA is dedicated to serving approximately 300 minor children and adults with a wide range of tailored programs and services.
Our Services
For Minors (6-17 years old):
-
Education: DOLA offers personalized, virtual and in-person tutoring for all subjects, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to excel academically. Our tutors are trained to adapt to individual learning styles and needs.
-
Mental Health: Our mental health services go beyond counseling. We provide specialized psychotherapies, cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, and group therapy sessions to address mental illnesses and substance use disorders. We empower young minds to change behaviors, thoughts, emotions, and how they perceive and understand their situations.
-
Health & Fitness: DOLA offers comprehensive health and fitness programs. This includes nutrition courses led by certified dieticians, personalized weight loss programs, and interactive seminars on cultivating healthy eating habits. We promote physical well-being and the adoption of a sustainable, health-conscious lifestyle among our young participants.
-
Sports/Sports Academy (DMV Knights Sports Academy): We are proud to introduce the DMV Knights Sports Academy, which offers structured sports programs including basketball, baseball, football, and cheering. Through these programs, children not only engage in physical activity but also learn teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills that will benefit them both on and off the field.
For Adults (18+):
